Initially, I wanted to make your basic “food and fitness” blog. However, things change and I’ve decided to do something a little different. I wanted to share some of my favorite foods with the world. In doing so, I had to rework some of these recipes with veggie adaptations for my aspiring vegan partner.

Being a former competitive powerlifter and fitness enthusiast, I still try to keep my meals moderately healthy, but every once in a while; you just need something good for your soul. With this being said, I will give you the ingredient list and the cooking directions. At the end of entry, you’ll also get the back story in poem form and a sense of why the dish is special to me. Hope you enjoy!

After developing recipes and pouring my heart and soul out in the kitchen, I realized how mentally fatiguing explorative cooking can be. With that having been said, I am expanding this blog to include restaurant reviews ( which I am very picky about, to begin with ) with the following criterion being met for the different styles of dining:
